About
Travis began practicing law in 2004 with the law firm Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., in Phoenix, Arizona. There, Travis’s practice focused primarily on environmental remediation, enforcement, and litigation and regulatory counseling. Travis represented clients on complex environmental remediation sites, natural resource damage claims, environmental and toxic tort litigation, solid and hazardous waste compliance and permitting, and environmental due diligence matters. Travis also counseled clients on environmental issues associated with real estate transactions.
In 2020, Travis joined the Astill Law Office to transition his practice to estate planning and asset protection. Travis’s practice now focuses on preparing and implementing estate plans, trust and estate administration, and general business law.
Travis enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends, usually mountain biking, hiking, and skiing.
