Ryan is an experienced real estate and business attorney, focusing on real estate development, commercial and multi-family properties, HOA communities, difficult title issues, and investor transactions. He also has many years of success in founding, operating and selling his own businesses across multiple industries.
His real-world business experience, along with a finance undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of Utah, makes him a valuable asset for business clients dealing with mergers, acquisitions or joint ventures.
His unique background and experience with all aspects of real estate and business transactions make him a great fit for even the most sophisticated business and real estate clients.
Ryan has served as in-house counsel for numerous companies, and regularly acts in an outsourced general counsel role for startup businesses and other companies experiencing accelerated growth. He is a skilled negotiator, a trained mediator, and serves as a volunteer board member for various non-profit organizations.
Despite being a father of seven children, he still finds plenty of time to ride his bikes (the non-motorized kind) on the roads and in the mountains.
