About
Paden joined Pearson Butler as an associate attorney in 2019. He currently acts as the practice lead for our corporate, business, and securities transactional team. His areas of focus include estate planning, securities regulation, corporate governance, and business formation and structuring. Since joining the Firm, Paden has counseled with hundreds of clients to assist them with their estate planning and business needs. He is particularly passionate about helping small business owners and entrepreneurs with their legal needs.
Paden attended the University of Iowa College of Law, where he graduated in May 2019 with honors. As a student, he competed on the university’s moot court team and was a student writer and editor for the Iowa Law Review.
Paden enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and looking for the world’s greatest Reuben sandwich.
