About
Paden joined Pearson Butler as an associate attorney in 2019. His areas of focus include estate planning, securities regulation, corporate governance, and business formation. As a former manager at a small tech company, Paden is particularly passionate about helping entrepreneurs and businesses with their legal needs.
Paden attended the University of Iowa College of Law, where he graduated in May 2019 with honors. As a student, he competed on the university’s moot court team and was a student writer and editor for the Iowa Law Review.
Paden enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and looking for the world’s greatest Reuben sandwich.
