About
Jason Haymore is a trusted and experienced advisor dedicated to helping families thoughtfully design, implement, and maintain effective estate plans. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review.
Jason is the Director of Estate Planning at Elysium Financial, a related entity of Pearson Butler. He has developed a strong reputation as an educator and is a frequent instructor at estate planning seminars and professional events. Jason has worked with hundreds of families to create estate plans grounded in simplicity, practicality, and a focus on long-term family harmony. His clients range from individuals with significant taxable estates to those in the early stages of wealth accumulation.
He is known for his meticulous approach to ensuring that estate plans are fully implemented and kept current as circumstances change. When probate is necessary, Jason works closely with families to guide them through the process efficiently and with clarity.
In addition to estate planning, Jason advises clients on practical asset-protection strategies, when appropriate, to help safeguard assets from potential litigation, unforeseen liabilities, and long-term healthcare expenses.
Jason is also well regarded for his collaborative approach, working closely with his clients’ other professional advisors to ensure estate plans align seamlessly with broader tax and financial planning strategies.
Outside of his practice, Jason enjoys attending sporting events and spending time outdoors with his family. When not advocating for his clients, he can often be found traveling back roads in his truck camper or exploring the mountains on horseback.
