Jason Haymore is an experienced and trusted advisor who is dedicated to helping families plan and carry out their estate plans. He graduated from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010. During law school, Jason served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review.
Jason is the Director of Estate Planning at Elysium Financial (a related entity of Pearson Butler) and has strong reputation for being an educator and is a regular instructor at estate planning seminars and events. He has worked with hundreds of families to create a build an estate plan focused on simplicity, common sense, and family harmony. His clients range from those with large taxable estates to those just starting to accumulate wealth.
Jason is known for his insistence on ensuring that all plans are kept up to date and fully completed. When the need for probate arises, Jason works carefully with the family to navigate the probate process as efficiently as possible.
In addition to estate planning, Jason uses common sense asset-protection strategies when necessary to assist clients in protecting their asses from frivolous lawsuits, unexpected liabilities, or end of life health care expenses.
Jason is well known for collaboration with his client’s other professional advisors to ensure that the estate plans created work in harmony with the tax and financial planning strategies of his clients.
Jason loves spending time at sporting events or in the outdoors with his family. When not in the office advocating for his clients, he can usually only be found traveling the back roads with his truck camper or somewhere in the mountains trying to get lost on horseback.
