Adam has been litigating in state and federal courts since 1999. Adam takes special satisfaction in helping clients through the most important problems of life regarding child custody and divorce, and family related probate and trust issues. He also loves to advise and represent entrepreneurs and private business owners. His experience includes private practice in Utah and Arizona, and four years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Utah AG's Litigation Division defending employment matters, including discrimination cases. Adam listens to you to understand your objectives, and applies skill and experience to reach them. He loves to prove things in court. He negotiates thoroughly, and represents you effectively in mediation. His practice also includes advising clients before litigation starts, to make sure they are prepared to prove their claims and defenses.
When not practicing law, Adam enjoys music, the great outdoors, travel, reading novels (Brandon Sanderson, Agatha Christie, Anthony Horowitz), and wrenching motorcycles. He also instructs new shooters in firearms safety and practical marksmanship.
