Mr. Kemp has nearly ten years of professional experience after working in the research and development division of Michelin North America, the retail side of Bridgestone Firestone Retail & Commercial Operations, and as an outside salesman for the parts department at Gus Paulos Chevrolet.He then graduated from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas and returned to Utah to practice law. While attending law school, Mr. Kemp worked as a law clerk for South Jordan City, where he gained experience under the supervision of the Assistant City Attorney and the City Prosecutor. In addition, he interned for the Solicitor General in the Kansas Office of the Attorney General.
Prior to joining Pearson Butler, Mr. Kemp ran his own law practice which focused on criminal defense, family law cases, and general civil litigation. He also had worked as an associate attorney with the Zabriskie Law Firm in Provo, Utah, where he represented thousands of clients facing criminal charges throughout the State of Utah.
