C. Val Morley has been practicing law since 1986. He graduated from Willamette Law School in 1986. While a student, Val was the managing editor for the Willamette Law Review, had two articles published, received two High Paper awards, made the Deans list, and was made a special assistant in the United States Attorney’s Office.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Morley spent eight years as a prosecutor in Portland, Oregon. He also prosecuted criminal cases in Utah County and Salt Lake County and is licensed to practice in Oregon and Utah. Mr. Morley has experience in family law (including divorce, custody, child abuse, and neglect, guardianship, paternity, and adoption), real estate, debt collection, probate, personal injury, criminal law, and general litigation. Mr. Morley has represented clients in over 100 jury trials.
