Mikayla Shaw is an attorney originating from North Carolina. She is focused on gaining knowledge and experience in her practice in personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil litigation. She has helped clients with a variety of issues, including but not limited to: negligence and administrative medical malpractice complaints, wrongful death complaints, automobile accidents, breach of contract cases, a case involving Magnuson Moss Warranty-Federal Trade Commission Improvements Act, a case involving Title VII and Civil Rights Act of 1964, and much more.
While in law school, Mikayla also received an LL.M (Master of Laws) from Nottingham Trent University in England. She then graduated with both legal accolades from Campbell University Law School in North Carolina. Prior to law school she played Division I Women’s Soccer at Elon University and graduated with a double-major in Public Health and Human Services with a minor in Poverty and Social Justice.
Mikayla is a client-centered attorney with a full heart ready to aid her clients in every way possible. Mikayla seeks to understand each individual clients’ needs, wants, and perspectives in order to best represent them and their case. Outside of the law, Mikayla is an avid outdoors adventurer and sports fanatic.
