Ethan Hanson

Ethan Hanson is an equity member of Pearson Butler. Ethan works with small and medium-sized businesses and has extensive experience in entity creation, contract drafting and negotiating, employment law, corporate compliance, state and federal regulatory compliance, corporate finance, business insurance, and estate planning.

Ethan served as in-house counsel to a fintech company based in South Jordan, UT for seven years and has prior experience with a small consumer rights law firm focusing on personal credit issues and small business entity formation. During his time as in-house counsel and as a member of the executive team, Ethan played an integral role in not only the legal issues of the company, but also the day-to-day operations of the business including operations, sales, marketing, finance, franchise, and HR. Ethan has a deep knowledge of telemarketing law, financial institution compliance, and business and personal credit. Ethan also owned and operated his own law firm for two years and specialized in business and corporate law and estate planning.

Ethan received his Juris Doctorate from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University – Indianapolis and enjoys hiking, camping, snow skiing, and spending time with his family.
